I don’t know his name but the gentleman who gave me a lift home in the van was very pleasant.

While I did receive a Service Plan it was because I asked for one to be included in the price. I may have pre-empted the discussion due to my previous experience with the dealership so not sure how valid my 'no' answer is to question 5.

Angela who looks after Mobility customers is an absolute superstar. Her knowledge and attention to detail is unparalleled, excellent customer service experience.

Angela Ede was friendly and courteous throughout . always kept me updated in the 16 weeks we had to wait for the new car . Meeting Lauren again , ( who sold my wife her latest micra ) , just added a more personal touch .
