At every stage of the purchase I was fully involved in the process and my opinions listened to and formed part of the negotiations. John Bendelow never pushed but helped us to make decisions we were happy with. My wife who hates with a passion the car buying experience found the time at Lookers quite relaxed and pleasant.

When booking atime for attention then please look at the cars problem then and not afew hours later,some people live agood distance away and don't get me going about a courtesy car for £18 .Sorry but total ripoff
