The young lady who sold me my car was so helpful and polite. She was called Abigail Chipchase. I would defiantly go back the the same garage in the future if ever I needed a new car. The manager was also a pleasant young man.

The staff as always were verycourteous and professional during all of the times I have visited.

All went through with no bother, car was picked up early morning,from home,and delivered back early afternoon, with no problems, also received video with test results that afternoon,lHappy customer.

Initially communication poor and there was a distinct lack of it. However when John took over our order things were much better and he kept in touch with the repeated set back delivery dates

As part of the service I requested to see if the cause of intermittent noise from the rear of my car could be determined. The noise was investigated and attributed to the rear seat latches, and my car was booked in for a warranty repair 3 days later .I already had a service plan for my car when it was purchased so there was no need to offer one

Excellent customer service. My only comment would be I was sent an email to book in online which I completed which would allow me to just drop off my keys and save time. However I was told to have a seat and waited 15 mins to check in. So couldn't see the point of the online checkin.

Nothing to add, buying our car was a straightforward and pleasant experience. We are delighted with our (3rd) Qashqai and you can’t say fairer than that!

Really satisfied with the overall process, once the car was ordered John kept me up to date on a monthly basis until the car arrived. Very satisfied indeed.
