Our salesperson Abigail was a relatively new member of staff and was assisted through some of the process by her manager. Angela went above and beyond to make sure i was able to take my car away on the day, despite complications which were out of her control. She remained positive and cimmunicated effectively with the finance company to make sure the deal was completed on the day.
