Lucy took time to explain everything carefully and was very helpful. I was informed early that the car was ready so that I had plenty of time to get down to pick it up. When I came to pick the car up Lucy was again very pleasant, personable and helpful. Overall everything was done very efficiently and successfully.

Booking service via Central contact centre and not the branch isn't very customer friendly and it would be better to be able to speak directly to the branch as they are more knowledgeable than the general call centre agents

Always received excellent service from Lookers. Staff are first class, efficient and very knowledgeable about the product. Wouldnt go anywhere else
