All the sales team went above and beyond. By bringing my vehicle from Darlington. Then David Costello staring in a video walk around of the car even Steven Spielberg would be proud of.The only down side was the loan vehicle having engine management issues.

I have had several new vehicles from yourselves in recent years and always try for an hr waiting appointment. On this occasion I had to wait 2hrs and 30mins after being told on arrival the when this was book on the phone as a result of a call from lookers! Also yes my car was washed but this had been done in brilliant sunshine and I felt looked worse when I collected it. Because I needed to be home because of the amount of time it took I did not go back inside to inform staff if this. Car was washed properly later out of the sunshine by myself.

Confusion with first booking this was sorted but I asked for a squeaky brakes to be looked at(Still squeaking) pre washing of vehicle not good. (Not your usual good standards)🙁
