Lorraine Swan was very good. Direct, not trying to over sell but just answer questions and find out answers when she was not sure. The comparison video between 2 specs of Leaf sent the next day was clear and helpful. From not trusting car salespeople because of our past experiences, she was clear, direct and sorted delays and problems when they occurred. We really like the car and feel we got a good deal with a nearly new car and a figure we’re happy with. Not something we would necessarily expect from a major dealership.
