Sound quality of video very poor due to background noise.

Abbie represented lookers when selling me my first car. I thought that Abbie was extremely helpful and polite. She gave me exceptional customer service going above and beyond on multiple occasions. She came and drove my car personally to me without charge and made sure it was a time suited for me, I thought the service from Abbie was exceptional.
