John has been helpful, as always. This is our 4th Qashqai and John understands our requirements and always takes time to talk through options with us. Communication and updates welcome and car arrived well ahead of schedule.

Car failed it’s MOT, video explained the fault. Advisor contacted me with a price to complete the work and timescale. Car repair completed the following day . Booking my car in I was advised included in my service plan was free collection and delivery of my vehicle. Settling my bill a charge had been applied for collection and delivery which was removed. Disappointed with the exterior washing of my car, very noticeable unwashed section under doors, boot and bonnet.

My 6 month old Juke was experiencing a rattle from the cargo/tailgate area.I booked my car in, but was unable to utilise the courtesy car option, as I needed to pick it up the evening before due to work commitments, which wasn't an option, so I took a day's holiday.The work was done to an excellent standard, however, as I tend to keep my car clean, I noticed it had been cleaned externally but not valeted. Not sure if this is still part of the service. This isn't a complaint, just an observation.
