Apart from the vehicle service, I explained to the rep that on two recent occasions I had suffered a flat battery. The mechanic found that the battery was failing and gave me a print out confirming this. I was able to secure a replacement battery on the strength of this, as it was still under warranty. Very happy with the outcome.
