I had a problem with the Emergency brake system When I booked in the girl said it could just be rain/ speck on the camera Had this been explained when I rang initially with the problem I may not have needed to book in

Found the collection and delivery service 1st class

There’s a problem behind the scenes. Twice now, customers who checked in 30 minutes to an hour after me have had their cars returned at least 30 minutes before me. I spoke to them and on one occasion their car and service were the same as mine, the second time similar. From past scheduling work experience I think what is happening is that the mechanics pick up the top folder on the pile to start the next job when that is, of course, the most recent check in, not the first as delivered by the reception staff.

After 8 days of reserving a car (which was filthy inside when viewed pre-valet) I still haven't recieved my deposit back.We would like to buy a Qashqui 1.3l petrol upto 3 year old sometime this year. Low mileage (preferably under 10k) and model above Visia, any colour other than white (and preferably not red).

I’m disabled and I didn’t know there was a collection service available which I will take advantage of next time,no one told me when they rang to invite me for my service, they were quick though, efficient, curtiouse and helpful ,they even washed and did a quick hoover out for me…with gratitude ,thanking them for that .mrs Findley ..

I'm a motability customer. Angela Ede, is the best at what she does. I always feel well looked after, well informed on updates etc. She makes the process stress free.I am however very dissapointed, that I only had the car 3 hours, and it developed a fault. Faulty alternator, so I'm now in a courtesy car until my,brand new qashqui is repaired.

I really enjoyed the up to minute video from the technician who serviced my Nissan Qashqai. It was very informative and to the minute as he said that all of the things that he had to do were all in the green giving it a clean bill of health. Excellent service. Thank You
