My wife and I were very pleased once again with the usual outstanding standard of customer service we received at Lookers Nissan Gateshead during my wife’s purchase of her third Motability Qashqai from the dealership. We received the usual very friendly yet professional service from both Angela Ede their Motability Specialist who efficiently handled the transaction and also from Adrian Lees their New Car Business Manager who came personally to speak with us to ensure we were happy with the new vehicle before we left the showroom. The fact that we have returned three times consecutively over the last 8 years to purchase a new Qashqai for my wife should speak volumes about the staff and operation at Lookers Nissan Gateshead. (I’d just like to add that as a Motability purchase Questions 4 and 5 were not really applicable to us, but if they had been I’m sure we’d have been just as satisfied with the transaction.
