we signed up (over the phone) last year for s ervice plan. We received no written confirmation but this was missed by us. When I tried to book the car for service they had no knowledge of my service plan. I had to make another two telephone calls to sort this out. Thankfully Rebecca at gateshead had the wherewithall to sort this out thankfully.

I'm always satisfied with the service i receive at your dealership, well looked after by the service advisor Mr Smith.

David was wonderful but in this case the month payment,was just to much at this present time.
