Health check video was really good to see and informative.

Did not receive any calls or updates on an extra job requested along with the service appointment.

Everything was first class with the exception of the technician’s comments on the Service Checklist. Unfortunately I was unable to read all of the words. This also occurred on last year’s comments made by another technician.

Made to feel welcome by the staff, well looked after. Good communication during the repair process.

I was disappointed in that this was the first year when I did not receive an email to remind me of my MOT/Service due date. I had unfortunately relied on the garage reminding me. This will not happen again. Consequently I nearly missed the MOT date and had to go to another garage for this to be carried out to ensure that my car did not become illegal. What was more irritating about it was the fact that I received two emails advertising the garage and the payment plan so I clearly had not been deleted from the data base.

The car was in for a paintwork job. The panel was washed but the rest of the car was dirty. Streaks of polish from the repair on other parts of the car. The whole car could have been washed

I want to commend two people at the branch: Sharon on reception who gave me a very warm welcome and even remembered my name when I came back.Secondly and more importantly, Lorraine Swan, the Sales Executive, who arranged for me to sit in three different cars and take one of them for a test drive. Nothing was too much trouble for Lorraine, she was really easy to talk to, she gave the impression that she had all day and was not in rush, I felt very happy and comfortable during my visit, and although I was given all the information on financial services, there was absolutely no pressure to buy. I was very happy with the vehicle which I ended up buying and would make the highest recommendation to anyone who wants to use this branch in the future.

All good. The car was picked up early and the service was completed well before lunchtime and service operative gave the impression the car would be returned imminently. This was not the case as it was quite late in the afternoon but had we known that we could have worked around it.

Rebecca on the Service desk was fantastic kept me informed and explained everything perfectly. I will be recommending my family and friends to the Garage 👍

Friendly reception. I was informed of possible completion time, and received a call to pick up my vehicle. I also received a video which was not easy to hear but the visuals were self-explanatory. I was given feedback on advisory aspects after the free ‘health check’ and this was done VERY clearly.Not only had my car passed it’s MOT but it sat sparkling clean awaiting pick-up! All in all, I would choose to use Lookers in the future. Well done, and thank you.
