Everything was great as per usual.The only thing that I would say, was we waited for the vehicle, while the brakes were being replaced.Originally we were told, the car would be ready in a hour and half.Unfortunately this turned out to be just over two hours, without any notification or updates. The car went in just after 8am the HCV link was with me by 8.35am.So it seemed a long time to wait for brake pads replacement on rear and cleaning of the car.On the whole though no complaints. Thank you.
