I have had many Nissan cars since 1998 & always use the dealership for MOT & servicing. The staff are always friendly, professional & knowledgeable & the health check is great for letting me know what needs doing to keep my car in good condition. As I have mobility issues, I always use the car pick-up & drop-off option so your drivers are the face of the dealership to me & they are always fabulous, smiling & in good cheer regardless of the weather or traffic conditions & always go that extra mile to make sure my car is facing in the right direction to make it easy for me to get in - not an easy task at peak times on a very busy road I can assure you! i booked in online which i assumed would mean i could just drop off the keys as per the messags about using online checkin. However, when i arrived i had to check over the forms with a member of staff and sign the paperwork whilst sat down at the service reception desk. I had thought that i would have avoided having to do this? which would make sense with covid restrictions just now!

The brake fuel light appeared on my dashboard. I rang the garage and was told to call in ASAP. I was told that my car was not safe to drive and I needed a “nut”. As you had none in stock an employee was despatched to one of your garages in Newcastle and the car was returned to me, repaired and washed within 3 hours. This was the day before you closed for Christmas and I was going to have to leave the car with you over the Christmas holiday. I was very grateful for the extra effort your staff provided.

After some slight problems last year it was great to have the Lookers experience, that has been expected for so many years, back to it' best.

While very happy with the sales advisor Lorraine Swan I was not very impressed by the sales manager, when I first visited he implied that one ev was available on my second visit after a little discussion he asked my budget so he could look for other cars if it had not been for LS I was quite happy to buy from elsewhere
