The whole process of purchasing a vehicle was simple, straightforward and open. Your representative was professional and business like but with a friendly demeanour. The process was well organised and executed and all queries were dealt with swiftly and effectively. I would have awarded 5 stars but that would be perfect, and nobody is perfect
