Easy of service booking, friendly staff, excellent CoVid 19 precautions. Service done on time and kept informed of progress

Excellent customer service it’s something to shout about to others and I could not of wished for firstly a better service and car. I would like to say a big thanks to the Nissan team in Gateshead more so to Angela she’s great. Many thanks to all that helped sorting my vehicle out and getting it to me as soon as you could. 5* service!!!

Excellent communication throughout, the young lady on the service desk was very helpful, Suzanne i think she was called, talked me through what they had done with the car, left me feeling that i'd been talking to someone who really knew what they were doing.

Poor start, travelled 35 miles to view 2 vehicles only to be informed that one was unavailable as it was being used as a courtesy car. After that, excellent service from salesman Steve Williams who did everything he said he would do, rang on time etc & assisted in a smooth handover, Next the valet, on the surface, not a bad job, but on closer inspection at home, the vehicle looked like it had been used on a farm! Under the doors, & the wheel arches, particularly the rear were caked in mud, so much so that I removed the wheels & jet washed them. Not what you would expect for a 12 month old car from a large company like lookers.
