Really helpful. I wasn’t too sure what to do as I hadn’t bought a car before. David explained everything and made me feel really at ease. Got car in a matter of days and was given all the documents and info that I needed. Couldn’t have asked more.

Really straightforward to use.The staff that interacted with were very friendly and accommodating. The only reason I scored it a 4 & not a 5 was because I needed to chase up when my vehicle would be ready and when I received the VHC it didn’t arrive with a video like previous times.

A quick response was received but then 24 hours u got another email asking the same question. I’d been busy and hadn’t been able to reply. When I said I would be in touch as soon as I knew what was happening I was told that the enquiry would be closed down rather than contacting me daily. I think contacting daily is a tad over the top
