No problem encounteredYoung lady on service desk friendly and helpful. Not happy with man who rang to book service. He stated my service plan had expired and tried to sell me another. The service area confirmed I had one minor service left for next year. The man should have seen this and yet tried to get me to take another one out. Furious. I would also like to complain about on the day. A note was wrote in the service sheet that upon inspection the car was dirty . This is an absolute lie. I cleaned inside and outside the previous day. Not happy about that remark

Car arrived on time and it was looking lovely.

Angela was great explaining everything to us made sure we were happy with everything very easy to talk to the experience was so pleasant and she is a credit to your company would have no hesitation telling my friends & family to visit your showroom if they needed a new car thanks.
