The full team at Nissan Lookers Sunderland are so welcoming and accommodating. After visiting the Gateshead branch, we decided to come back to Sunderland (even though it is further from us) and buy from the team there. I am so happy with my new car, my dad is even now thinking of buying one with the Sunderland branch.Darin, Billy, Neve and Lee - yous have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thank you!

No problem encounteredYoung lady on service desk friendly and helpful. Not happy with man who rang to book service. He stated my service plan had expired and tried to sell me another. The service area confirmed I had one minor service left for next year. The man should have seen this and yet tried to get me to take another one out. Furious. I would also like to complain about on the day. A note was wrote in the service sheet that upon inspection the car was dirty . This is an absolute lie. I cleaned inside and outside the previous day. Not happy about that remark
