We left the car as instructed and were welcomed into the reception area where we were taken to a waiting area and told to help ourselves to hot drinks. On completion of the service and mot a helpful young lady from reception came to tell us the car was ready and she talked us through the paperwork detailing the work undertaken. The mechanics have obviously done all that was required and the car is running well
