I felt the handover procedure was slightly disappointing. I have purchased many new cars from lookers (albeit vw). I may be personal choice but I preferred the dedicated handover area within the showroom, where your new car is presented to you (rather than outside in a row of other cars), it just makes the whole experience more personal
