Excellent customer service

Most of it was brilliant however, during the service and MOT the e pedal was taken off. This was then changed so that I had to turn it on every time I turned the car in. This meant that it nearly caused an accident as the car started moving when I didn't think it would!Also, I remember a few years ago the car would be washed and hoovered to a reasonable standard. These days I think they hover the hoover above the car and hope that it picks something up. I know it's little but I used to look forward to picking the car up because of that!
