Handover went well as it could but weather was poor. Better if the car could have been under cover whilst handing over. Disappointed that the interior valeting was not as good as expected. Stain on back seat not removed and interior finish not as expected. Decided to remove stain myself. Also disappointed that a couple of days later chip found in windscreen.

On arrival Angela Ede had all paperwork ready everything was explained to myself and wife and all final questions answered

The sales service was brilliant.. and the sales assistant, Jason, gave me a variety of options/ deals to suit my needs. There was no hard sell or pressure throughout my experience. Jason looked after me very well and often asked if I wanted a drink whilst we were discussing the options.

Handover was easy and well planned . Instructions on new vehicle comprehensive.

Female driver - a bit wary of doing things and an older driver but great understanding given!!!the job they did was spot on only negitive was the video - kept stalling! but I lost non of the playing! could have been my side? but hey ho! this is my 3/4 service/ MOT - really great from booking in, sitting in reception whilst my details were checked , video ( which has always worked before), leaving keys etc., till ringing to say A Ok!! really spot on

Completion of documentation handled very efficiently. Clear explanations.
