Very smart and simple system which sped things up for me, so I think it works well.Staff were very friendly, and the service inc. health check is excellent. I would like to have the work done AM so that I can collect early PM as opposed to the end of the day.A bit disappointed that the issue with the sat nav/infotainment system could not be resolved on the day and that I have to go back in a few weeks. this is inconvenient and doesn't fill me with confidence, as I intend to have this car for many years.
