Staff were great, especially Adi who sorted my car for me! He managed to sort it within 3 days. When I collected the car everything was set up for me, he talked me through everything and made sure I was happy before leaving!

I brought my nissan qashqai in for repair, as the previous day it wouldn't start , the rac breakdown reported that the battery was probably faulty and being that my car is less than 18 months old advised i book in a nissan dealership to have it checked out on warranty. I was appointed the next day and even though I was disappointed , frustrated and annoyed with the new cars failure to be reliable, the service manager Richard Ramsden was very courteous and helpful with dealing with me and arranged for a driver to take me home. Michael Major drove my wife and I home and he was extremely polite and he rebuilt my confidence and faith in the car having been a mechanic for 36 years, so thank you to Michael. Also the following day when we went to collect my qashqai , it was found to be a defective battery, internal fault, Richard the service manager was very apologetic. Both persons I dealt with are an asset to the company, great ambassadors for Nissan and helped me have faith again in my Qashqai.
