Lukasz was amazing throughout the whole purchase. He was polite, respectful, very knowledgeable and helpful. Initially we were disappointed that the vehicle we wanted to view was no longer available however he managed to find a much better alternative for us that met our needs. He was a very calming influence when we took a test drive and my wife was nervous about driving in a strange city. We never felt under pressure or rushed and he took time to explain everything, sometimes more than once! He arranged the transfer of our purchased vehicle from another dealership. he correctly predicted how long the process would take and kept us fully informed throughout. He even sent a video of the vehicle when it arrived at Nissan Leeds. 5 star service throughout, and a credit to Nissan Leeds. Thanks.

Adi Raja was amazing, was supportive from the start to the end of the process. He gave sound advice and went out of his way to get me a good deal, negotiating on my behalf. He did not spare any of his knowledge about cars. He worked till late making follow ups to ensure the process was done expeditiously. He also offered after sale care following me up to see how I was doing with my new car. I will recommend him to my family and friends. Job well done Adi.

I was phoned to book a service for my Motability car, it was booked in quickly and easily. Decided to go for the sit and wait service. We were greeted immediately upon arrival by the receptionist and invited to sit down whilst we waited for the service staff to do their thing. All staff were attentive and kept us informed of every stage of the service. Several coffees and cool waters provided by the receptionist were very welcome. Service completed on time, car cleaned and we were on our way in about 2 hrs 20 mins.
