Condition of the car could have been thoroughly detailed. Thank you gift with the car, something as minor as a water bottle or umbrella, flowers etc I noticed afterwards that the alloys had been kerbed. This should have been fixed prior to collection. My own fault for not noticing but the dealer should do everything to exceed the customers expectations. Great service. I was dealing only over the phone and emails and from that perspective all great. Was waiting in the showroom for around 40 minutes when arriving, car although clean wasn’t thoroughly detailed. For a purchases, most garages would offer a thank you gift along with your car. These are all minor things that could improve the service however it was still a great service
