The on-line service is better than most but it does create more work for the customer. A simple phone call would be much easier for the customer. The place is 100% better than when I last visited the garage a few years ago. You now get a warm welcome and feel like a valued customer. The reception staff are outstandingly polite and helpful. Everyone I interacted with was helpful and professional but Leanne in particular was a star.

Through check on my car and sorted the problem that I had. Very efficient & friendly

Easy to use, but I asked for a 12.00pm service slot but it was actually 11.00am. Unfortunately we didn’t get a itemised work sheet and we were billed for the major service, even though we have a service plan. Also we didn’t get a response to a couple of issues we had with our vehicle. Mainly due I think to Gavin ( service rep.) being on his break.
