Used Lookers because car was still in warranty period. Could have got MOT cheaper at local garage,but was satisfied on this occasion Used Lookers for MOT which was done in a timely manner

Everything from the first phone call to the vehicle being drop off was treated like customer not just blank cheque as we was Motability customer and guaranteed sale the lady’s who greats you first question welcome and who are you here see woukd like drink than the lady sort us out us where to go then on Adil explained everything as why I wanted that vehicle on dropping of the vehicle which I made mistake delivered the vehicle and went through everything even down helping with forms via email

Easy to arrange for the service. I was expected on the day and was dealt with quickly and efficiently. I was contacted when the vehicle was being dealt with and the app kept me up to speed with progress. I was advised when the vehicle was ready and arranged to collect. The service mechanic was able to rectify a fault which I had raised with Nissan from first taking delivery of the vehicle in April 22. My only criticism is that the vehicle had not been washed and vacuumed as it has always been previously. Perhaps this is a change of policy within the company.

Customer service was excellent my car needed to stay in and they got me a courtesy car at last minute - kept me informed through the day
