Easy to check in, thank you The staff onsite were really friendly and welcoming and quick to get me checked in for my MOT appointment. The online tracking service was really helpful to see what stage my car was at and I really appreciated the notification of services that were required on my MOT. For example, I got a text asking me to approve my windshield wipers to get replaced as well as being able to see other notes on my MOT. The diagrams and advice were really clear and reasonable. Additionally, my car was cleaned inside and outside when I picked it up which I thought was an amazing touch and certainly took away the anxieties I have when usually

It was simple. There is one extra point I would like to make. Your Terms and Conditions were printed on the reverse of my invoice, but I do not possess a magnifying glass powerful enough to read them! On the other hand, full marks for saving paper. A professional and friendly service.
