Not everything went to plan. Did have problem with new plan which did not include MOT , only service. Apart from that everything went fine.

Customer service at it's very best from Demi Holland. From day one, no drama's, no fuss, just a 'can do approach' to everything asked of him. Supported me with a Motability Hoist installation, Sunroof installation & Transfer of Private Plates. The handover was made easy and seamless with excellent comms. Would highly recommend Demi/Lookers to friends & family.

Your chap Adi was excellent. He explained all we needed to know and was pleasant and polite. Our Nissan Juke was ready for collection, clean and polished. Adi sorted out all the paperwork etc and we were very impressed with him, Julie the receptionist who greeted us warmly and provided warm drinks. Even the disabled toilet was spotlessly clean! All in all an excellent experience.
