Whilst Lucy was very nice, friendly and efficient it seemed all a little impersonal. Maybe I’m old school and like a 5mins chat with the mechanic ? Also at the time of booking, through a central unit, my fault for not getting the Leeds number, no mention of a 2hr window for the service was mentioned. So we left the car at 10am and it wasn’t ready until 1630hr. Meanwhile I was wandering Leeds with a couple of coffees.

Comfortable place to wait and the mobile system enabled me to keep an eye on progress whilst I was in Leeds city centre.

I use the collection service for my duke . So easy, I’m keep informed of its progress through the service. Overall a first class service.

I was emailed to advise my service was due rang Nissan they booked the car in at a time I was happy with check in was really simple and quick . Polite staff really friendly pleasant surroundings quick service

It was timely, seamless and without any drama. All my needs as a customer were met and exceeded on many occasions. Nothing was too much trouble, everything I asked fir was delivered with as much time as I needed to ensure I was ready to drive the car away.

Traveled all the way from Glasgow for a landrover discovery. The salesman Lukasz was great , he gave us full video before purchasing car . When we arrived at showroom we had a good experience, all staff were very friendly and helpful. Great service from start to finish. Thanks lookers Leeds 👍
