See question one answer Service carried out well and left informed so I could approve couple of minor issues before pick up on the day. Did not get this time a print out of service work done and requested this when home. Not sent and call back not made. Service contact was Laura at Leeds Nissan. Would appreciate this being posted out please.

Fantastic service from lookers Ford (York Road) especially Leo. He was great from start to finish of ordering and receiving my new car. Leo kept in touch regarding the status of the car. He made the handing over really smooth and talked me through the car, made sure I was happy and insisted I could contact him with any questions! Makes a great cuppa also. Thanks Leo!!

Not a big believer in online services,much prefer one to one on phone. Everybody warm & friendly plenty of drinks on hand.Kept up date what was going on with car.

Leanne was brilliant and understanding. Think having to book in for an electrical problem can be difficult because sometimes the problem stops so may need to adjust that so easier for technicians to see the present problem
