Because It was easy to check in. I wish I knew about the online booking because the lady that booked the appointment was not listening My qashqai kept stalling and when I put it on Drive it goes on reverse sometimes. Now it drives like new!

The processes of booking in and then checking in were both very straightforward, and I received e-mail reminders about both Reminder that my service was due, and a very easy booking in process. Friendly welcome in service reception both when I dropped the car off, and when I collected it. Courtesy car clean and tidy, and my car ready to collect in good time - phone call to advise me of that. Couldn't be much better.
