Very easy to use and makes it quicker when you arrive at the garage. I have always received excellent service from the Nissan Lookers Leeds branch. On this visit my vehicle was in for the adblue recall, I was told this would be ready within 2 hours. I arrived at 08:00 and as said the vehicle was ready and waiting in the car park at 09:45. Can’t fault this service. The lady on the reception was absolutely amazing, she came over to me and made me a coffee whilst I waited and halfway through my wait she came back and asked if I would like another drink. I have had vehicles from various garages across the country and never received as good service as I received from Lookers Nissan in Leeds.

Booking two things for one visit wasn't possible, so I had to do it by phone. Fantastic team, really helpful. Great service, and especially appreciated Liam and Leanne for all their help.
