I received information as regards to the work that needed doing with the option to select the work you wanted doing which was fab however it was really slow when I submitted what I wanted done and crashed so I did call to ensure they had received what I wanted done which they had. Originally could not fit me in however rang as they had availability so I was able to get my car looked at earlier. Thorough check done on the vehicle which does cost and is definitely worth it. Staff were lovely and really helpful still waiting for a part to be fitted but have been assured car is ok to drive and that I will be contacted once this is in.

Nothing was less than 5 stars zero issues Staff absolutely amazing. Was well looked after during my 2 hour wait for the service was kept upto date at all times. The service here is nothing less than 5 stars.

Easy to do straightforward Excellent service no issues

It is easy to go on line and book your car in. My husband rang up to book my car in as I was busy. They came to collect my car, rang me before they set off, very polite. Got a text to let me know how things were going. Then brought it back all nice and clean and smelling very nice in the car.

I first came in last year as a disabled customer and got welcomed by Lucas who was so professional and supportive with my order, I was then passed over to Adil who took care of my order from start to collection day , he’s been very helpful and very friendly and supportive throughout the process went smoothly, have to say both guys were extremely excellent people, will be there when I need them again…..

While the check in system is helpful it cannot replace the human touch which is what makes this service so good. Fantastic service by Clair Fisher and regular GT-R technician.
