Lukasz at your Leeds branch was amazing from start to finish. Having always driven a manual car I was nervous about an automatic, but due to a medical condition I now was advised to switch to automatic . The paperwork was seamless, I got a great price for my old Juke on the trade in too. Lukasz then helped me learn to adjust to my new car with such patience, care and a little bit if humour. I am now the proud owner of my new Juke Enigma and loving it.This young man is certainly a credit to your company. Thank you Lukasz for your understanding and patience
