Car had been serviced 3 weeks before and health check undertaken, having to undertake and pay for another health check as car required returning due to a fault seemed unnecessary.Having to book car in to centralised call centre for booking rather than specified garage not helpful.

The only down side for me was I asked for a monthly update which did not happen. I can appreciate there was nothing to tell at that point but that’s the only downside everything else was great

I'm delighted with the service and very happy that my puppy can accompany me as I wait for service to be completed. I bought my car from Lookers Leeds, service my car at Lookers Leeds and am quite happy to continue with Lookers Leeds.
