Everything was very well I’m so happy to met Jon . He is a good man he helped me so much and explained everything with patient and respect he spent 4 hours and half for me If he didn’t help me I couldn’t do everything probably because it was my first time to buy a car in England. He helped me to take my car to home as well.Thank you very very much for everything Jon.

Car had been serviced 3 weeks before and health check undertaken, having to undertake and pay for another health check as car required returning due to a fault seemed unnecessary.Having to book car in to centralised call centre for booking rather than specified garage not helpful.
