Everything about the sales process was excellent but we are disappointed with the quality of the valet of the car. It had been polished but there areas on the car that were still dirty.

The service I received was 1st class! The team at Nissan Leeds could not do enough for me, especially Stuart who was my main contact. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The Nissan dealership in Leeds was fine. I had recently looked at a car supermarket and saw a couple of Nissan cars that interested me. However when I visited the dealership last Sunday to ask about servicing, I phased my question about this in a “clumsy” way to a salesman and he was clearly a bit put out, and reminded me that he was here to “sell cars for a living” and not for a car supermarket. I clearly upset him and please could you pass on my sincere apologies to him as no offence was intended. He was completely professional at all times and it was my lack of knowledge about the automotive business and how you operate that was the issue. Thanks. Andrew.
