Many thanks to Mary at Lookers Leeds for being so diligent and sorting our warranty problem out with the car, and also trying to get us a courtesy car at such short notice. She did a splendid job. The only down side was that the engine problem was not spotted before the service had been done. So we had to pay for two lots of oil.

The thought and consideration shown from staff in all respects contributed to an outstanding experience. For example, the effort to add some personalisation to the registration and the red cover reveal made the experience all the more exciting and made the occasion more special. Communication and the use the use of remote signing of documents added to the effective communication system. I cannot thank the staff enough for their knowledge, assistance and genuine kindness.
