The personal touches such as initials on the end of my number plate and the red cover over my new car was very thoughtful and added to my overall experience which was brilliant. Adi was professional and knowledgeable throughout my dealings with him and set my expectations from the start , therefore avoiding any disappointment. I felt comfortable to ask any questions I was unsure of and it Adi always took the time to fully explain without judgement. He is a credit to your team.Also ADI's manager was efficient and also knowledgeable when he first contacted me and provided me with all the information I needed to make the right decision for me. The salesman I dealt with over the phone was very friendly and sounded knowledgeable. The vehicle was just what I wanted,however Lookers websites say that all approved vehicles come with a 12 month warranty. The evoque I was looking at was advertised as approved but was only offered with a 3 month warranty,which I thought was an abberation of the 12 month pledge. Hence I cooled my interest.

No, lady i spoke to was fantastic. In fact she was so good i'd 100% sign up for the juke N-Connecta I enquired about. I just can't wait 8-12 months at best for a new car.
