I disliked having to sign pack 2. Having bought the car outright it was unclear why this was necessary.

Staff listened to minor concerns and car was in great shape when I picked it up. Handover and collection was quick and efficient

The thought and consideration shown from staff in all respects contributed to an outstanding experience. For example, the effort to add some personalisation to the registration and the red cover reveal made the experience all the more exciting and made the occasion more special. Communication and the use the use of remote signing of documents added to the effective communication system. I cannot thank the staff enough for their knowledge, assistance and genuine kindness.

Initially Gary Exley was my contact, then Jonathan and finally Stuart Houston who was excellent in his handling of the paperwork and handover. Nothing but praise for his efforts conducted in an amiable and efficient manner.

The personal touches such as initials on the end of my number plate and the red cover over my new car was very thoughtful and added to my overall experience which was brilliant. Adi was professional and knowledgeable throughout my dealings with him and set my expectations from the start , therefore avoiding any disappointment. I felt comfortable to ask any questions I was unsure of and it Adi always took the time to fully explain without judgement. He is a credit to your team.Also ADI's manager was efficient and also knowledgeable when he first contacted me and provided me with all the information I needed to make the right decision for me. It was a smooth transition between the two of them, and I felt very much looked after . Thank you
