The salesman I dealt with over the phone was very friendly and sounded knowledgeable. The vehicle was just what I wanted,however Lookers websites say that all approved vehicles come with a 12 month warranty. The evoque I was looking at was advertised as approved but was only offered with a 3 month warranty,which I thought was an abberation of the 12 month pledge. Hence I cooled my interest.

No, lady i spoke to was fantastic. In fact she was so good i'd 100% sign up for the juke N-Connecta I enquired about. I just can't wait 8-12 months at best for a new car.

I was not offered a collect and return for my vehicle. This would have been better for me. A courtesy car was offered but this would not be suitable as I live 20 miles away. Only hot drinks available in dealership, not everybody drinks tea and coffee
