I was not offered a collect and return for my vehicle. This would have been better for me. A courtesy car was offered but this would not be suitable as I live 20 miles away. Only hot drinks available in dealership, not everybody drinks tea and coffee

Mary (On the service desk) was kind enough to sort me out a loan car, at very short notice.She was knowledgeable about my car and it's optimisation service. Ian the mechanic came out to see me and explain what he had done, and talk me through what would be required at the next service. Generally I was very please with the way my booking and service was handled.

Great service, initial problems when reception put me through to the service department as the call dropped 3 times, I was then put through to a main call centre to hook my car inAll the staff who greeted and assisted me though were great
