From the outset the sales executive and the sales manager who dealt with us were extremely helpful and friendly. We were happy with the deal we agreed although the delivery date initially provided by Nissan proved to be optimistic to say the least. We were initially told November or possibly December but as things turned out we did not take delivery until the end of April. Despite that we continued to receive updates from Lookers and the team were very helpful when we had an issue with the car keys. Overall a good experience.

I had to wait two weeks for my car to be delivered from Birmingham which wasn’t great. But the customer service was great and so was the communication. And I love my new car. Thank you.
