I have had motability vehicles for many years and found Stuart your motability specialist one of the best I have dealt with. Nothing was too much trouble and he took time explaining everything about the car in depth until I understood, he even introduced me to the manager which has never happened before and he too was very pleasant and enquired if I was satisfied before I left and I would highly recommend this dealership.

I was disappointed that the V5 form had not been sent with the vehicle or posted earlier so that I could have collected the car earlier, especially as the Easter break further delayed the hand-over. I realise that this was not the fault of Lookers nissan Leeds, but the branch from which the car was obtained.

I was happy with the service from the staff. And if the after service is good. I will recommend lookers to anyone.

Jon Mapes at Nissan Leeds helped me from start to finish. He made himself immediately available and put me at ease. He talked through jargon I didn’t understand and focused on what I needed from a car. He was approachable, honest and helpful. He also returned calls really promptly after I left a message. I was really impressed with Jon, especially in comparison to other dealerships that gave me very different treatment. He was exceptional.
