I was disappointed that the V5 form had not been sent with the vehicle or posted earlier so that I could have collected the car earlier, especially as the Easter break further delayed the hand-over. I realise that this was not the fault of Lookers nissan Leeds, but the branch from which the car was obtained.

I was happy with the service from the staff. And if the after service is good. I will recommend lookers to anyone.

Jon Mapes at Nissan Leeds helped me from start to finish. He made himself immediately available and put me at ease. He talked through jargon I didn’t understand and focused on what I needed from a car. He was approachable, honest and helpful. He also returned calls really promptly after I left a message. I was really impressed with Jon, especially in comparison to other dealerships that gave me very different treatment. He was exceptional.

Very responsive to a request for ‘on the day’ attention

First test drive was not great, lack of fuel, a second test drive was a great deal better. I don't think I met anyone from management

The customer service from all members of the team was fab, Gareth Megson dealt with my car and he was extremely knowledgable and helpful, without being at all pushy. I would definitely use Lookers again
