Fantastic experience all round. Garry Exley was great and very helpful from initial contact through to purchase and always kept us up to date with progress on preparation of the vehicle. Communication was fantastic. Would highly recommend this dealership.

Re question 6 about communication - it would have been useful for me to have access to an online 'delivery date and info' area. I had to make contact with Jon whenever I wanted an update on lead time and right at the end on the reg number.

Jonathan was great.. gave us lots of time to look and think things through, went through all the details really well, showed me how things worked in the car again on collection& offered me another test drive before I completed on the car! Very friendly easy to talk to.

However nice the team we dealt with were we find continuity is preferable where possible. We felt we were passed from one person to another and this may have had some bearing on our decision to go elsewhere.

What a wonderful experience. Stewart was really great. very warm and friendly. He was great with my grandkids too. He made them feel well part of having a new car. They will never forget that experiance, me either.Felt like in another word. Customer service was 110 per cent. Marvellous. I'd recommend Nissan dealers anytime.
