However nice the team we dealt with were we find continuity is preferable where possible. We felt we were passed from one person to another and this may have had some bearing on our decision to go elsewhere.

What a wonderful experience. Stewart was really great. very warm and friendly. He was great with my grandkids too. He made them feel well part of having a new car. They will never forget that experiance, me either.Felt like in another word. Customer service was 110 per cent. Marvellous. I'd recommend Nissan dealers anytime.

Adi & Carl went above any beyond to make my experience great - I even got balloons and a small stuffed dog to make it perfect, which made it feel special. Having my previous Nissan stolen did mean I had lost a little faith in the brand, however they restored that with their approach. The only reason I scored lower on the finance options and comms is about how the system works not the team behind it. I feel that the systems could be more customer friendly.

I felt very welcome from the moment I went in the lady at the reception on my arrival was very well coming not only to myself but every customer that came in through the door. Unfortunately I forgot to get her name but please pass on my sincere thanks. As for Leanne always making a customer very comfortable and explaining things through accurately. Very pleasant atmosphere from all the staff.
