Jon was amazing, not pushy, very knowledgeable, polite and explained everything thoroughly, which enabled me to make informed decisions. When telephoning all staff listened and were professional and polite. When visiting the showroom refreshments were offered by reception and Jon. I've been to quite a few 'other' car showrooms and I have to say Jon has the right approach to customer care, and yes I would recommend my friends and family because of that.

Our bill was £1922.04 and the labour costs were £1100.00 and the parts totalled appeoximately £510.00 so I felt the labour costs were quite excessive.The reason for 3 stars regarding the booking experience was that I was advised on the first call I could just call in with the car and it would be assessed but the call disconnected, on the second call they tried to transfer me to the service dept as I was advised the car had to be booked in but unable to get through so I was given the number for the call centre to ring them directly. I was asked if I needed a courtesy car for the first date I was given which I declined but later thought one would be needed. Called back and was advised a courtesy car wasn'tavailable for that date so booked another date (which I had to amend for personal reasons). Rebooked and when I asked if the "courtesy" car was free of charge was advised it was at a cost of £18.00 so calling it a courtesy car is misleading. I did advise when I booked it in that I had purchased the car from you and that I was advised by my local garage that the oil level was low but the oil warning light did not come on when all the other warning lights do and this was ignored and no mention was made of checking tbis. If thexwarning light had come on I would obviously have checked the levels and thereby avoided a large bill.

The car was valeted but the boot had not been vacced and the exterior was very dirty, not to the standard I'd expect.

Service excellent,although there’s still some outstanding work to be completed when the parts arrive.Overall very good- a courtesy car would be much better as I struggled to return home and return when my car was ready to collect - over two hours in each direction.
