The car was valeted but the boot had not been vacced and the exterior was very dirty, not to the standard I'd expect.

Service excellent,although there’s still some outstanding work to be completed when the parts arrive.Overall very good- a courtesy car would be much better as I struggled to return home and return when my car was ready to collect - over two hours in each direction.

HiEvery thing fine no one clean the car . Use the dirty cloth to clean the can make it bad . Please can you advice the cleaning team if some one come to there give him best service . Because of this no impressed

Lookers Leeds were exceptional Atif and Jonathan went above and beyond in their dealings with myself and partner. NISSAN however were another matter. Their information flow was abysmal.

We currently have problems with the terms of the new service plan that we have been sent, the terms not being those which were agreed over the phone. We are currently corresponding with the gentleman we originally dealt with.

As we do not live near the dealership a courtesy car would be very helpful. However the £18 charge seems excessive when I was able to test drive my car with no charge?
